Assembly and Test Worldwide (ATW) has rich history with several types of non-synchronous assemblies including dual strand, single strand, and roller conveyor based palletized systems. Picking the best conveyor to fit a customers needs is a strong point of ATW’s and is part of what makes our systems run with the fluidity our customers prefer. Experience with Bosch, AMC, Logomat, ITE, Flexlink, and others shows our flexibility in being able to pick the best conveyor to fit a customers needs.

ATW’s Non-synchronous solutions are lean in principal and integrate fully automated, semi-automated and manual stations as they are required to work together to complete the application. Typical TAK times range from 5 to 60 seconds. Various material feeding systems such as bowl feeding, tray handling, indexing and accumulating conveyors, and others are used in support of conveyor based stations.

The seamless integration of processes like; Data tracking systems, DC electric nutrunners, leak testers, presses, pick and places, in process testing and verification, torque testing, high pot testing, functional tests, vision, robotics, and others is part of what ATW’s custom non-synchronous systems the best in the market.
