Assembly and Test Worldwide (ATW) has built synchronous assembly systems of all sizes. Utilizing dial indexer based chassis ranging from 24 inch dial plates to 8 foot dial plates and larger. The synchronous system designs are versatile and easily maintained with ring indexers for inside tooled applications that help maintenance access.
Precision link systems are available for larger station counts or to support material flow. Pneumatic, servo, or true mechanically linked actuations are available depending on cycle times that typically range from 2 to 10 seconds. Systems typically include the integration of DC electric nutrunners, leak testers, presses, pick and places, in process testing and verification, torque testing, high pot testing, functional tests, vision, robotics, and more.
